Introduction
Ferrari’s Portofino arrived in the UK in 2018 and is the replacement for their very successful California and latterly, California T.
The California was aiming at a new market for Ferrari when it was launched, looking for both new customers to the brand, as well as those looking for a Grand Tourer, rather than an out and out sports car such as Ferrari’s 488.
Retaining the original layout of the California with a fully electric folding hardtop and two occasional rear seats, with slightly (5 cm) more legroom.
Portofino features a new design, a focus on saving weight (weighing in at 80 Kg lighter than the California T) and further development of the 3.9 litre Twin-Turbo V8 engine, now producing 591 BHP.
